Christmas fun!

We had a wonderful Christmas! The month of December flew by! Here is a list of the top things we did during the Christmas season!

1. Davis Christmas party - The girls had fun baking and decorating our cottages while the guys played football

5. Prestonwood Choir concert with special guest star John Tesh (Don't make fun of me, I love him!)

6. A lovely ice day that included many 90210 reruns and Falalala Lifetime. Lifetime became my go-to channel during the month of December - they played cheesy Christmas movies all the time!

7. Lots of shopping

9. Emily's 4th birthday party (our niece)! We went to Waco the Saturday before Christmas for the extravaganza!

10. More shopping with Mom and Caroline

11. Christmas Eve with my family and a wonderful meal with yummy creme puffs for desert! And of course we all opened our Christmas pjs!

12. Christmas day with Derek's family in Kaufman. We started off the day by watching little Emily find all of her fun toys from Santa.

Dear Lord,
Thank you for bringing your Son to die for us! May we remember to celebrate His birth throughout this entire year. Thank you for a wonderful time with family and friends this Christmas season. Thank you for protecting my precious husband during his fall.
